Texas!

We left Tuesday @6:00 am and arrived at my parents yesterday around 11:00 am. For the most part the kids did great in the car. It was just a long a time to spend in the car. Once I have my own computer, I'll post some pics of our adventures along the way.

It is so to be in a house. It's been 2 1/2 weeks since the packers came and we've had any sense or normalcy. We ate fruits and vegetables, did some laundry, sat on something besides the car or a bed-all fabulous things! It was also nice to spread out a little bit. Forthe past few weeks, all five of us, have basically been in the same room. I'm a stay-at-home-mom, but it's a little different sharing a house and sharing a hotel room/ or a car.

It was also wonderful to be around family. The kids are in heaven being around so many people that love them.

We close on our house July 19th and should be able to start moving in July 21st. I guess it will still be a few more weeks until we are settled, but for now my parents house seems a little like heaven.
