Eddie and Scott go to Utah

Here's Eddie sleeping on the plane
Upon arrival they both got horribly sick, for a few days. They met up w/ our good friends that recently moved from Maryland. Eddie told me" They moved to a new apartment with a playland and nachos".
They had to come home early b/c of snowmageddon, but had time to spend a few hours at the dinosaur museum.

Valentine's Day

Somehow, I think I got off track. I'm pretty much doing nothing for Scott for Valentine's Day. I was trying to figure out why I was such a lousy wife, when it hit me. I have way too many Valentine's. I have to get stuff for 3 kids, about 60 of their classmates, their teachers. That's just way too many Valentines. I think next year, I'm reclaiming the holiday.

Snowpocalypse 2010

Taken at 6:00 pm when it finally stoped. We just about lost our lamp post.
This is what we did for about 4 hours ( and yes my back does hurt).
I don't know if you can see, but check out the nice snow plow job we got. We had a nice 3-4 foor drift in front of our driveway.
This is what was left in front of our neighbors by the snowplow. We all joined in for about 2 hours, just so they could get one of their cars out. Next time, we'd prefer if the snow plows skip our court. Spencer loved the hill though.

Pinewood Derby champ

Spencer won this year's Pinewood derby for the second year in a row. He painted it himself. Of course, he picked a "Saints" theme. Now if they can just win the Superbowl, he'd be one happy boy.

Iron Chef

Spencer had to make dinner for a Cub Scout requirement. I told him that I'd help him, but I needed to go help Eddie w/ something upstairs. I guess he couldn't wait and decided to cook all by himself. About 20 minutes later he brought this upstairs.
Shrimp and Cheese Puff K-bobs, drizzled with margarine and sprinkled w/ red pepper flakes.

FYI-if you microwave cheese puffs, they get a nice brown crust.
