I was quizzing Riley on literary terms. Eddie was being uncharacteristically silent. I asked her to define “irony”. Eddie chimed in, “I know, it that metal thing you go over clothes with” and made ironing motions w/ his arms.
I'm pretty impressed that you iron enough that your 4 year old knows what it is. My kids would have no idea. Did you ever see Reality Bites when she has to define irony? Tough.
