Worst present ever

MSN was taking a poll about the worst present you've ever received. I almost got a bad present this year, but I was saved. My mom was all excited to give me a steam mop, but had to take it back b/c I already own one. When I was a too-cool 12-year old, my grandmother gave me red overalls with an Orphan Annie patch on the pocket. It wouldn't have been so bad, but my mother actually made me wear them-and often.

The weirdest present (that wasn't a gag gift) was to my Dad from his mom (my other grandma). The card on the outside said something like, "these were your fathers and I didn't know what to do w/ them, but thought you should have them." I was expecting maybe some of his WWII medals, since my father was the only of his brothers to join the military. I was wrong. Inside was a tiny vile dated sometime in the 50's or 60's and inside was...drum roll please...my grandfathers kidney stones.

  1. I've always thought of another present papa got that was pretty funny...

I believe the card said "Because blue is your favorite color." And the present was a blue frog is a mouse trap!
