PEEPS

The National Harbor is mostly filled w/ hotels, and overpriced shops and restaurants (if you're ever there avoid "Ketchup" at all costs). Among these is a shop dedicated to Peeps. Eddie was obsessed.

The kid's had some $ for the trip west, but Eddie wanted to spend his all at the Peeps store. I knew this would cause problems later when he didn't have any left to buy cool stuff and his siblings still did. For the entire week this is the face that would accompany all discussions of the Peeps store.

Finally, we gave in.

The last day we were there he bought a package that I told him he could eat on the trip. They never made it out of Virginia.
