Merry Christmas!

We hope all of you had a great Christmas! We sure did. A few year's ago we let the kids decide what they wanted to do for our family tradition. They picked that we stay home all day on Christmas Eve and play games and eat great snacks. We top off the evening by watching Elf (no one is allowed to watch it until that night, which is hard b/c it's on every channel). We put a beach blanket down in front of the TV so the kids can eat more snacks.
I should have taken a better pic, but I surprised everyone w/ a homemade t-shirt w/ some of our favorite Elf sayings. Riley= "Smiling's my favorite. Spencer-"that's shocking!" Eddie's sporting the four main Elf food groups. Scott's said "Buddy the Elf, what's your favorite color." They turned out really cute and may I add that "freezer paper stenciling" is my new favorite hobby.
As far as presents, go it was a good year. Our kids are getting old enough to ask for cool stuff. Riley got "Cricut Cake"-clearly the coolest present ever and my best Black Friday deal ($99!) and biggest surprise. Spencer got his very own electric guitar that makes his dad very jealous. After changing his mind several times, Eddie got some Batman Trio toys. Santa brought a ping-pong table which has already brought us many hours of family fun. Merry Christmas!

I'll have to check out freezer paper stenciling, I've never heard of that, but from what I can see your shirts turned out great.
